Dutch is originally from Maryland close to DC. He attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where he received a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration. Dutch has spent much of his career in healthcare administration but was drawn to APG because of the exciting opportunity to work in two areas that he is passionate about, real estate and property management.
