Felicia joined to lead a team of talented property managers in overseeing APG’s portfolio of non-storage assets and to help grow third party business. A veteran property manager with over 23 years of experience, Felicia’s understanding of property management can be considered intuitive. Felicia has a degree in Psychology from Lynchburg College and an MA in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University. The exciting opportunity to help grow APG’s Third Party Property Management offerings helped attract Felicia to the company.
