Marshall is primarily focused on the expansion of portfolio assets for both Adams Property Group and their 3rd party clients. Marshall’s strong work ethic, communication skills and analytic abilities allow him to contribute well-conceived recommendations to the buyers, sellers and executives of APG. Marshall is skilled at identifying properties for acquisition, assisting with due diligence, managing negotiations, underwriting, and securing financing. His expansive industry experience allows him to work on a variety of investment types.
