Shawn joined APG with over eight years of experience in the storage industry and 30 years of real estate experience. He is originally from Maryland but has been in Florida for most of his life. Shawn attended Hillsborough College in Tampa, FL, where he studied Business Management. Shawn’s current duties as a Field Trainer include: creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials, Instructing employee training and onboarding, as well as reviewing employee performance.
