Ernesto Tejada joined APG with over seven years of experience in the storage industry. Originally from South Florida, Ernesto earned his Business Administration degree from Florida International University. He currently oversees the maintenance of all self-storage facilities and assists with onboarding new development projects. He collaborates with team members at all levels to ensure APG facilities are well maintained and adhere to our company standards. Other responsibilities include: ensuring all maintenance issues are identified, tracked and properly communicated, providing maintenance training to all employees, making site visits to all storage facilities on a quarterly basis, Investigating and resolving vendor billing issues, and re-negotiating service agreements and quotes.
