As an Area Manager, Rick provides hands-on administration that maximizes organizational effectiveness, operations-oriented leadership that ensures efficiency, and people-oriented guidance that yields productivity. He conducts regular site visits to review office procedures, audit for compliance, and inspect for facility cleanliness. Rick recruits, hires, trains, and develops management personnel with a goal to maximize revenue, reduce expenses, and increase net operating income to meet monthly budgets.
