Our management of the Bonaire facility began in October of 2019. Within one year, we grew the unit occupancy from 47 to 90 percent. Conveniently located on Old Highway 96 across from Bonaire Middle School, freeway access makes coming and going to the facility convenient for the local community. The facility offers temperature-controlled units, RV and boat spaces, as well as premium ground-floor units. The facility has plans for expansion so we can continue to accommodate the demand from the growing population in Houston county.
