Our Clements Ferry location’s origin began when APG purchased land to develop the property in December of 2016. We completed the construction and ultimately sold the property in February of 2019 and begin our 3rd Party Management agreement. The site sits along a busy and growing corridor in the north area of Mount Pleasant and is consistently leased near capacity.
