Charleston-based developer Adams Property Group recently broke ground on a 38,000-square-foot retail and medical complex at 1198 Bees Ferry Road near Hunt Club Run. A little more than half has been leased. Among the new tenants will be Kickin’ Chicken’s sixth Charleston-area restaurant, a nail spa, Southside Animal Hospital, Pediatric Dentistry and Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery, according to a spokeswoman for the developer. Other spaces remain available.
Construction on the four-building center across from Main Road is expected to be completed by December. A grand opening is planned for next spring.
